Being a Human what rights do we have?

#HumanRights

According to @unhrc: Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms of treaties, customary international law , general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

1. We are all free and equal. We are all born free. We all have our own thoughts and ideas. We should all be treated in the same way.
2. Don’t discriminate. These rights belong to everybody, whatever our differences.
3. The right to life. We all have the right to life, and to live in freedom and safety.
4. No slavery – past and present. Nobody has any right to make us a slave. We cannot make anyone our slave.
5. No Torture. Nobody has any right to hurt us or to torture us.
6. We all have the same right to use the law. I am a person just like you!
7. We are all protected by the law. The law is the same for everyone. It must treat us all fairly.
8. Fair treatment by fair courts. We can all ask for the law to help us when we are not treated fairly.
9. No unfair detainment. Nobody has the right to put us in prison without a good reason and keep us there, or to send us away from our country.
10. The right to trial. If we are put on trial this should be in public. The people who try us should not let anyone tell them what to do.
11. Innocent until proven guilty. Nobody should be blamed for doing something until it is proven. When people say we did a bad thing we have the right to show it is not true.
12. The right to privacy. Nobody should try to harm our good name. Nobody has the right to come into our home, open our letters or bother us or our family without a good reason.
13. Freedom to move. We all have the right to go where we want in our own country and to travel as we wish.
14. The right to asylum. If we are frightened of being badly treated in our own country, we all have the right to run away to another country to be safe.
15. The right to a nationality. We all have the right to belong to a country.
16. Marriage and family. Every grown-up has the right to marry and have a family if they want to. Men and women have the same rights when they are married, and when they are separated.
17. Your own things. Everyone has the right to own things or share them. Nobody should take our things from us without a good reason.
18. Freedom of thought. We all have the right to believe in what we want to believe, to have a religion, or to change it if we want.
19. Free to say what you want. We all have the right to make up our own minds, to think what we like, to say what we think, and to share our ideas with other people.
20. Meet where you like. We all have the right to meet our friends and to work together in peace to defend our rights. Nobody can make us join a group if we don’t want to.
21. The right to democracy. We all have the right to take part in the government of our country. Every grown-up should be allowed to choose their own leaders.
22. The right to social security. We all have the right to affordable housing, medicine, education, and child care, enough money to live on and medical help if we are ill or old.
23. Workers’ rights. Every grown-up has the right to do a job, to a fair wage for their work, and to join a trade union.
24. The right to play. We all have the right to rest from work and to relax.
25. A bed and some food. We all have the right to a good life. Mothers and children, people who are old, unemployed or disabled, and all people have the right to be cared for.
26. The right to education. Education is a right. Primary school should be free. We should learn about the United Nations and how to get on with others. Our parents can choose what we learn.
27. Culture and copyright. Copyright is a special law that protects one’s own artistic creations and writings; others cannot make copies without permission. We all have the right to our own way of life and to enjoy the good things that “art,” science and learning bring.
28. A free and fair world. There must be proper order so we can all enjoy rights and freedoms in our own country and all over the world.
29. Our responsibilities. We have a duty to other people, and we should protect their rights and freedoms.
30. Nobody can take away these rights and freedoms from us.

When you talk, it means you are only repeating what you already know. But when you listen, you always learn something new.

Dear future husband by Meghan Trainor

Dear future husband
Here's a few things
You'll need to know if you wanna be
My one and only all my life

(Awwwww)
Take me on a date
I deserve it, babe
And don't forget the flowers every anniversary
'Cause if you'll treat me right
I'll be the perfect wife
Buying groceries
Buy-buying what you need

You got that 9 to 5
But, baby, so do I
So don't be thinking I'll be home and baking apple pies
I never learned to cook
But I can write a hook
Sing along with me
Sing-sing along with me (hey)

You gotta know how to treat me like a lady
Even when I'm acting crazy
Tell me everything's alright

(Awwwww)
Dear future husband,
Here's a few things you'll need to know if you wanna be
My one and only all my life
Dear future husband,
If you wanna get that special lovin'
Tell me I'm beautiful each and every night

After every fight
Just apologize
And maybe then I'll let you try and rock my body right (right)
Even if I was wrong
[Laugh] You know I'm never wrong
Why disagree?
Why, why disagree?

If you gotta know how to treat me like a lady
Even when I'm acting crazy
Tell me everything's alright

Dear future husband,
Here's a few things
You'll need to know if you wanna be
My one and only all my life (hey, baby)
Dear future husband,
Make time for me
Don't leave me lonely
And know we'll never see your family more than mine

I'll be sleeping on the left side of the bed (hey)
Open doors for me and you might get some kisses
Don't have a dirty mind
Just be a classy guy
Buy me a ring
Buy-buy me a ring (babe)

You gotta know how to treat me like a lady
Even when I'm acting crazy
Tell me everything's alright

(Woah! Hey.)

Dear future husband
Here's a few things
You'll need to know if you wanna be
My one and only all my life
Dear future husband,
If you wanna get that special loving
Tell me I'm beautiful each and every night

(That's right!)

Future husband, better love me right

सुख में तेरे साथ चलेंगे
दुःख में सब मुख मोड़ेंगे
दुनियावाले तेरे बनकर
तेरा ही दिल तोड़ेंगे

Death Is Coming | Poetry

death is the destroyer of every pleasure and every soul will taste death

No one can deny death, when the angle of death come to a person he or she has to leave this earth and body.

Make your soul pure instead of making your body beautiful and handsome, because one day you have to leave your body and then after your body will destroyed but your soul is never going to end it is immortal and will alive always.

Demonetisation of 500 and 1000 notes in India - black money

India had only 6 to 7 percent of black money in cash, I don't know where is rest + 90 percent. And government targets only 6-7 percent of black money by banning 86 percent of Indian currency in form of 500 and 1000 rupees notes.

The big issue will be here; only 27 percent of Indian villages have a bank within 5kms, rural areas are going to impact more with this as compare to urban India.

And I think those who have a massive amount of “black money” in the form of cash are villagers and lower class and lower middle class people who are living in rural India. Because they are only in difficulty and standing in front of BANKS to exchange their money with new currency.

What is peace?

A definition of peace by Pandit Nehru.

Peace is not a relationship of nations. It is a condition of mind brought about by a serenity of soul. Peace is not merely the absence of war. It is also a state of mind. Lasting peace can come only to peaceful people.    -  First Prime Minister of Independent India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

When I was in school

When I was in school, I was not so intelligent, I was even too dulled; But my elder brother was, and we both started schooling together with same class. I don't remember my first day of school and hope you people also don't have any idea what happened to you on the first day in your school. And how you spent your first day and also the one very special first school friend, who came forward to you and asked for friendship.

why Java does not support multiple inheritance

Java does not support multiple inheritance because Java does not want any ambiguity and confusion in the code.

Look here how:
Suppose we have a class A which has two methods method1() and method2(). Now another class B inherit the class A and given the definition for both method1 and method2. the another class C inherit class A and B at this point Java will get confused when we give definition for any method in class C. Here the confusion will be that Java don't know exactly from which class we are going to inherit this method either super class class A or class B, since in both the classes we have the method1 and method2.

This is the reason because of that  Java does not support multiple inheritance.
