Abolished article 370 but not 371 | Discrimination by state of India on the basis of faith

Parliament of India revokes the special status is State Jammu and Kashmir by vanishing article 370 of the constitution of India. Also, split the state of JK and divide the state into two union territories Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladhak. The people of India are very happy specially those people who support the fascist government and support hate and discrimination. But civilians of that region(Jammu and Kashmir) are not happy and protesting every day against this decision.

The government of India is saying from day one that everything is normal in the Kashmir valley, but everything is shut down and complete blackout in the whole region from day one.

  • Schools and colleges are closed.
  • Telephone and cellular service blackout. No communication.
  • Opposition leaders are under house arrest.
  • Journalists are under house arrest.
  • Social activists and human rights activists are detained.
  • 8 million civilians are under house arrest.
  • Curfew is continuing from day one.
  • No visitors, media person, politicians are allowed to visit JK.
  • Roads are blocked with wires.
  • Million of India arm force checkpoints on roads.
  • Hospitals are out of medicine and doctors.

All these above-listed things represent that nothing is normal in Jammu and Kashmir.[4]

After this decision, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal Member of Parliament from Ladhak region was very happy and said in the parliament of India that "JK treated Ladhak region as step sister and always put that region out of development." Which is completely wrong. He is also very happy about the removal of article 370.

But another side of the story is that the same person is trying to reach and written a letter to tribal minister Arjun Munda to declare the Ladhak region tribal area, and grant the same law which they have in article 370.

The question comes here; why Mr. Jamyang Namgyal (MP of Ladhak) is demanding the same law again, but he was happy to vanish the same law a few days ago?

Is this not the act of discrimination by govt of India to only Muslim majority state?

On the other hand article 371 of the Indian constitution where northeast states have almost the same rights and privileges granted by the constitution of India as it is in article 370 where the majority of people are Hindu, in those regions govt don't have any plan to remove abolish the article 371, said Amit Shah, Home minister.[5]
