Bicameral Vs Unicameral

The LAW is the WILL of the people, the people cannot at the same time have two different WILLS on the same subject.
Therefore the legislative body which represent the people ought to be essentially one, where  there are two chambers discord and division will be inevitable and the WILL of the people will be paralyzed by inaction.
Therefore its concludes: "if a second chamber dissents from the first, it is mischievous and if its agree with it, its superfluous" 

Dr. Ambedkar and his contribution to Indian society.

Dr B. R. Ambedkar was not a freedom fighter. Ambedkar was the most significant leader of freedom movement. Who not only contributed immensely in drafting the Indian Constitution and chairman of drafting committee but he demote his entire life for the upliftment of employed class and let there struggle of social and economic justice from the very beginning even during the freedom struggle realize the kind of freedom which India get free British rule. India which is the the home of millions of people from the social discrimination and economic exploitation Ambedkar fought dimity of million of Indian people and let their struggle demanding the separate representation for them in all the decision making body. Because he thought Indian National Congress is not adequate to represent their voice in the decision-making body.
